Job Summary
Provide high-acuity licensed practical nursing care in private duty home settings, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for children and adults with heartfelt compassion. Maintain active, unencumbered state licensure and current CPR certification with hands-on component, while completing TB skin testing within the last 12 months. Utilize the company-provided tablet for electronic documentation and coordinate with 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians. Reliable transportation is required. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
