Job Summary
Deliver high acuity private duty nursing care for children and adults in home settings, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate, empathetic service. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice and provide current CPR certification with hands-on component. Perform electronic documentation via patient tablets and adhere to all health-related requirements, including TB skin testing and vaccinations. Coordinate with 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians while utilizing flexible scheduling options for full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
