Job Summary
Provide high acuity licensed practical nursing care in private duty home settings, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for children and adults with heartfelt compassion. Maintain active, unencumbered state licensure and current CPR certification with hands-on components. Perform electronic documentation via patient tablets while adhering to all health-related requirements and testing protocols. Requires reliable transportation and a valid TB skin test within the last 12 months. Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred. Full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules with flexible day, night, and weekend shifts are available.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
