Job Summary
Deliver high-acuity private duty nursing care to children and adults in their homes, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate service. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice, current CPR certification with a hands-on component, and a current TB skin test. Complete electronic documentation via the tablet provided in each patient's home. Reliable transportation is required for all shifts. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules including days, nights, and weekends are available.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
