Job Summary
Provide high acuity licensed practical nursing care in private duty home settings, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for children and adults with heartfelt compassion. Maintain active, unencumbered state licensure and current CPR certification with hands-on component, while completing TB skin testing within the last 12 months. Utilize the company-provided tablet for electronic documentation and coordinate with 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians. Reliable transportation is required. Full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules including days, nights, and weekends are available.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
