Job Summary
HICON STRATCOM SME to support NATO JWC exercises. Bring NATO STRATCOM experience at NATO Joint Strategic/Operational levels to exercise design and execution. Develop, refine, and deliver STRATCOM-related information/products tailored to the Training Audience, synchronizing STRATCOM activities with campaign planning. Serve as political-military focal point for STRATCOM matters during exercise preparation and execution; read, digest, and analyze STRATCOM scenario documentation; provide recommendations for improving STRATCOM within the scenario; briefing senior leaders/decision-makers in governance- or multinational-level environments. Proficient in English as defined by STANAG 6001; possess an active NATO or U.S. SECRET or higher security clearance. Location: NATO JWC Stavanger, Norway; travel may be required (CONUS and OCONUS).“,
