Coordinate behavioral health or recovery programs by providing patient care, including activities, companionship, and assistance with daily needs like dressing, bathing, and eating. Collaborate with the treatment team to support patient goals, potentially serve as a co-lead for groups, and monitor daily well-being to identify needs for social intervention. Ensure all documentation regarding care, treatment, and incidents is completed clearly, concisely, and timely while maintaining a positive, empathetic attitude and prioritizing patient safety. Resolve complaints when patient needs are not met.
