Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while providing personalized service and applying suggestive selling techniques to drive sales. Process transactions accurately, handle inquiries and returns professionally, and maintain visually appealing merchandise presentations through daily stock replenishment and recovery. Demonstrate ownership of store objectives by contributing to store operations, assisting with fulfillment and pricing, and following asset protection and safety protocols. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, lifting up to 40 lbs as needed.
