Job Summary
Design scalable and secure cloud architectures within Azure, AWS, or GCP, translating client goals into executable technical roadmaps. Establish CI/CD pipelines and apply infrastructure as code to ensure reproducible environments, while advising on strategy, cost optimization, and compliance. Collaborate with developers to implement cloud-native practices, standardize solutions, and coach teams through presentations and blogs. Research emerging technologies like Kubernetes and WASMCloud to maintain industry leadership. Work within a team of 30 engineers on innovative projects, combining infrastructure expertise with software development to bridge operations and development.
Required Qualifications
- WO of HBO werk en denkniveau, met een achtergrond in softwareontwikkeling of cloud engineering
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Cloud Engineer, Software Engineer of Architect
- Aantoonbare kennis van Azure, AWS of GCP
- Ervaring met Agile/Scrum, Git en CI/CD-pipelines
- Kennis van infrastructure as code tooling (Pulumi, Terraform, ARM/Bicep of CloudFormation)
- Begrip van containerplatforms en orkestratie (Docker, Kubernetes, Istio)
- Security en networkingkennis in de cloud
- Sterk communicatief vermogen: je kunt complexe technische onderwerpen helder uitleggen
Desired Qualifications

- Ervaring met Europese cloudproviders
- Affiniteit met WASMCloud of andere emerging tech
- Bij voorkeur in het bezit van een relevante cloudcertificering, of bereidheid om deze te behalen
