Job Summary
Design and build end-to-end AI pipelines, integrating LLMs and open-source models into customer applications while developing RAG solutions with vector databases. Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance, focusing on explainability and fairness, and contribute to MLOps processes for CI/CD. Collaborate with engineers and client teams to implement scalable AI applications, actively participating in code reviews and knowledge sharing. Work within an Agile environment using Python and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS to deploy models on GPU infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- WO werk en denkniveau in Informatica (CS), Artificial Intelligence, Data Science of een aanverwante opleiding
- Sterk analytisch vermogen en probleemoplossend denken
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als AI engineer of ML engineer
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Teamspeler met vaardigheden om technische kennis goed over te brengen op anderen
- Bekend met professionele standaarden in softwareontwikkeling in een team: Agile/Scrum, Git, testen, documentatie schrijven
- Sterke (5+ jaar) ervaring in Python
- Fundamentele kennis van machine learning, data science en statistiek
- Generatieve AI, LLM's en verwante implementaties (AI agents e.a.)
- Vector databases en RAG
- Toonaangevende open-source libraries: LangChain, LangGraph, scikit learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face
- REST API's, microservices en integratie van AI in backend omgevingen
- Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) en deployment van AI modellen in productieomgevingen
- Het draaien van AI toepassingen op GPU's (Nvidia ecosysteem)
- Traditionele AI: expert systems, rules engines, knowledge representation

- Kennis van data engineering
- Ervaring met MLOps tooling zoals MLflow, Kubeflow of SageMaker
