HHSM Occupational Therapist, PRN

Provide skilled occupational therapy in accordance with physician plans of care, assessing patients' functional levels and establishing interventions based on evaluation, orders, and patient goals. Deliver care across Patient Care Units, Acute Care, ICU, Surgical/Medical Centers, and Obstetrics, while educating patients and families on adaptive equipment, splints, and orthotics to ensure safe discharge. Treat patients to relieve pain and restore function using modalities and procedures outlined in the plan of care. Maintain accurate individualized progress records, communicate status changes to staff, and submit documentation and billing by end of day. Submit appropriate documentation and billing by end of treatment day. Participate in continuing education, in-service presentations, and professional literature reviews. Perform other duties as assigned while adhering to HIPAA compliance and Vail Health's Just Culture values.
