Job Summary
Manage Players Club transactions, cash handling, and OTB bets while greeting guests and ensuring site safety. Create player accounts, update customer data, and process wagers using the HHR terminal. Balance cash drawers hourly and at shift close, secure terminal keys, and monitor for suspicious activity per BSA and AML policies. Maintain floor cleanliness, handle equipment with care, and explain card program benefits and promotions. Report all matters to the Manager and adhere to WHR company procedures and the employee handbook.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficient understanding and use of basic mathematical skills
- Excellent time management skills
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of mechanical operations
- At least 1 year customer service experience
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Gaming industry experience preferred but not required
