Job Summary
Provide in-home dialysis support for a single patient, including dialysis treatment setup assistance (NxStage or Tablo), keeping the treatment environment clean and safe, offering companionship and emotional reassurance, helping the patient stay on schedule with treatment times, providing light ADL support as needed, monitoring safety and reporting concerns to the coordinating nurse, maintaining simple documentation and shift notes, and coordinating with a clinical team during a transition to home-based treatments.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of dialysis experience (home or clinic)
- Familiarity with home dialysis systems preferred (NxStage, Tablo is a plus)
- Open to in-home dialysis support and willing to complete the provided training
- Steady, supportive, and patient; strong communication with clinical team
- Must pass a Herewith background check
