Job Summary
Greet customers as they enter and exit the store, scanning merchandise and processing all sales, refunds, and exchanges accurately and timely. Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct customers to items while assisting team members with requests. Handle returns, manage commercial account payments, and process C.O.D. tickets from drivers. Verify merchandise quantities and prices, maintain cash controls by counting tenders and preparing deposits, and file due tickets and rain checks. Keep the store clean and stock items as assigned. Work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

- Ability to accurately count and distinguish denominations of money
- High level of product knowledge
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
