HHA - Home Health Aide

Provide routine individualized healthcare to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities at the patient's home or care facility. Assist with personal care including hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, eating, and physical transfers. Monitor health status by taking vital signs, measuring intake and output, performing catheter care, and assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises. Submit patient notes and paperwork weekly while supervising self-administered medication. Provide homemaking and light housekeeping in the care area and prepare meal services as directed.
