Job Summary
Provide one-on-one in-home care to clients, performing personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing), light housekeeping, companionship, meal prep, and medication reminders. Must have HHA certification or CNA license and CPR/BLS certification; reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes; high school diploma or equivalent is a plus. Flexible schedule with opportunities to align care with clients’ needs; includes benefits such as dental and vision insurance, signing bonus, and potential for advancement. Experience in caregiving is preferred but not required. Strong communication and teamwork skills and ability to follow care plans are essential.
