Job Summary
Home Health Aide needed to provide daily living and personal care per care plan in patients' homes. Responsibilities include baths, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, feeding, taking vital signs when ordered, safe transfer and ambulation, ROM exercises, simple therapeutic activities per care plan, laundry, home safety, emergency recognition and management, documenting changes, and clear communication with client, family, and nurse supervisor. Must meet training requirements, hold current CPR certification, complete Maxim screenings and competency program, and comply with all applicable federal/state/local requirements. Flexible part-time schedule with competitive pay at The Lakes Home Care Services in Grove City, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Meets all training requirements in accordance with state and federal laws when applicable
- Ability to read, follow written instructions and document care given
- Possess and maintains current CPR certification in accordance with state regulation
- PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Successful completion of Maxim screening examinations
- Participation and completion of Maxim’s competency program
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
