Job Summary
Provide personal care services and household support to clients in accordance with a written plan of care established by a registered nurse. Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care while preparing meals and administering medication reminders. Support household tasks such as light housekeeping and laundry, and facilitate range of motion exercises and ambulation using mechanical lifting devices as needed. Travel to clients' homes in assigned counties to deliver one-on-one care with compassion and reliability. Flexible schedules available for full-time, part-time, per-diem, and on-call roles with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
- Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required
