Job Summary
Provide compassionate one-on-one companionship and emotional support while assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Prepare meals and snacks, manage light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment, and offer transportation assistance for appointments and errands. Follow individualized care plans and collaborate with the office team to provide timely updates to families. Maintain a valid driver's license with clean records and active insurance to facilitate client mobility. Respond promptly to communication regarding schedules and availability.
Required Qualifications
- Currently certified as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Hold a valid Driver's License
- Have active Auto Insurance and a clean driving record
- Have access to a smartphone and active email account
- Understand the importance of professionalism, ethics, and maintaining client confidentiality
- Are compassionate, patient, dependable, and committed to providing excellent care
- Are responsive and able to provide timely communication regarding schedules, availability, and work-related updates
- Understand the importance of staying engaged and responsive throughout the hiring and onboarding process
