Job Summary
Deliver direct resident care as a CNA/HHA in a home-like environment. Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), document care and report changes to staff, engage residents with meaningful activities, and provide emotional support using strong customer service skills. Roles are Part Time and Per Diem with rotating weekends, offering a range of benefits including health/dental/vision, paid training, uniforms, and retirement benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
