Job Summary
Provide personal care, household support, and companion services to adults following a registered nurse's plan of care. Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care while preparing meals and administering medication reminders. Support mobility through range of motion exercises, ambulation assistance, and transfers using mechanical lifting devices. Maintain close relationships with clients to help them stay safe and independent at home in Luzerne and Lackawanna counties.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
- Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required
