Job Summary
Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care to adults following a written plan of care by a registered nurse. Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting, while preparing meals and facilitating range of motion exercises. Support ambulation using mechanical lifting devices and manage medication reminders to help patients stay safe and independent at home. Travel to clients' homes as assigned within the Butler area. Schedule runs 9am to 2pm Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
- Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required
