Job Summary
Deliver compassionate, non-medical home care to clients in the Bethlehem area, focusing on daily assistance with activities of daily living and ensuring client independence. Maintain a positive, compassionate attitude with strong communication skills while managing case complexity that influences hourly pay rates between $15 and $18. Complete required orientation, training, and background checks, utilizing reliable transportation or a valid driver's license to reach clients. Required Qualifications
