Job Summary
Provide compassionate daily living assistance to residents in Benchmark Senior Living's home-like environment. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting; documenting care provided and reporting health or behavior changes; engaging residents in meaningful activities and offering emotional support; applying customer-service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional, meaningful care. Training, benefits, and a supportive work environment are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
