Home Health Aide/CNA position at St. Raphael's Home Care Services LLC in Cambridge, MN. Part-Time with opportunities for full-time as the company grows. Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes, including basic medical care, assistance with activities of daily living, and companionship. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming; providing emotional support; monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the supervising nurse; light housekeeping; helping with mobility; medication reminders and administration; meal preparation.
