Provide compassionate one-on-one care including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, transportation, and mobility assistance. Monitor clients' well-being and communicate any changes with the office while following each client's personalized care plan. Work flexible full-time or part-time schedules in Bellingham, Blackstone, Franklin, Foxboro, South Grafton, Hopedale, Medfield, Mansfield, Mendon, Medway, Milford, Millis, North Attleboro, Sharon, Stoughton, Upton, Walpole, Webster, and Wrentham. Requires reliable transportation, a compassionate attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to pass a CORI background check.
