Job Summary
Provide client care according to the Plan of Care, assisting with personal care, hygiene, and operating a Hoyer lift. Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation while following infection control procedures and maintaining client privacy. Work various shifts including weekends in the Wilmington Area as a live-in HHA/CNA. Requires current CNA or HHA certification, CPR/First Aid, and a 2 Step PPD. Join a stable, 45-year-old home care team dedicated to enabling aging adults to live life to the fullest.
Required Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, Home Health Aide (HHA) certification, or DE CNA program completion
- Open availability, able to work various shifts to include weekends
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Physical and 2 Step PPD
- Able to lift, position, and transfer patient
- Able to operate a Hoyer lift
- Compassionate, respectful, committed to excellency and a good attitude
