Assist with mobility and transfers, while managing medication reminders and light housekeeping. Prepare meals and offer companionship and emotional support, strictly following care plans and communicating regularly with family members and supervisors. This private duty role requires valid HHA or CNA certification, a minimum of one year of professional caregiver experience, and Level 2 background screening.
