Job Summary
Deliver in-home health care coaching and support for patients in the Brickell and Downtown Miami area, including personal hygiene, mobility/transfer assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, transportation to appointments, and light housekeeping. Duties are performed under instruction from a nurse and may include dementia care, range-of-motion exercises, and adherence to special diets. Requires home health aide or CNA certification, and a valid driver's license with insured vehicle; flexible scheduling and available pay raises via the Personal Advancement Program are noted benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Home health aide certification or certified nursing assistant certification (mandatory)
- At least 1 year of experience as a home health caregiver/healthcare aide (recommended)
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job (recommended)
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle (mandatory)
