Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one, individualized client care assignments focusing on personal care, respite, companion, coaching, and social inclusion services. Maintain a safe, nurturing environment that promotes client independence and socialization while adhering to infection control precautions and universal precautions. Ensure all interactions align with each client's specific support plan to improve their quality of life. This role requires HHA/CNA training, CPR/HIV/AIDS certification, and a valid driver's license. Flexible schedules include short or long shifts across various days and times.
