Job Summary
AccordCare is seeking experienced Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide high-quality in-home care across Hobe Sound, Jupiter, Juno Beach, Palm Beach Gardens and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, taking vital signs, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transporting clients to appointments, and reporting changes in client condition. The role requires an Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate, CPR certification, and passing a Level 2 background/drug screen. The position offers weekly pay, flexible self-scheduled hours, shift differentials, paid orientation, free PPE, referral bonuses, and opportunities for career advancement. On-site, in-home care delivery and adherence to confidentiality, safety standards, and Plan of Care are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate
- CPR certification (in-person)
- TB test or chest X-ray within last 6 months
- Ability to pass Level 2 background screening and drug screen
- Reliable transportation preferred
