Job Summary
Baker Apprentice at Freson Bros. (Hinton, AB) performing bread production duties: measure, mix, scale, knead, hand-shape, and score dough; bake traditional bakery products; operate bakery equipment (mixer, rack oven, proofer, bread slicer); maintain cleanliness and food safety; assist customers with service; thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Roles available as Full-Time/Part-Time with wage range CAD 16.00–20.00; benefits include group benefits, staff discounts, and training opportunities. Must be able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; morning, weekend, and holiday availability required.
