Job Summary
Conduct vehicle movement in the busy Heathrow yard, preparing HGVs for inspections, unblocking customers, and managing parking options. Perform MOT runs to local DVSA ATF sites and handle collection/deliveries. Clear and tidy the workshop and yard during quieter periods. This role suits an HGV Driver who prefers working 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with no overnight or late-night runs. Candidates must hold a Class 1 or 2 licence with at least 12 months of HGV driving experience and knowledge of tacho rules. Join the Vehicle Movement Team in the HGV Division, where we deliver exceptional services to customers.
Required Qualifications
- Class 1 or 2 licence
- At least 12 months experience of HGV Driving
- Knowledge of tacho rules
- Knowledge of driving hours
- 'Can-do' attitude
- Willingness to pitch in to help colleagues and customers
- Available for 8.00am to 5.00pm working hours
- Available for 1 hour unpaid lunch break
- Available for 40 hours per week
- Available for overtime paid at 1.5 after basic hours
