Job Summary
Conduct full range diagnostics, repairs, and inspections on a fleet of heavy goods vehicles, from fault-finding through to returning them to the road. Perform maintenance, servicing, and MOT preparation while ensuring all vehicles meet DVSA compliance standards. Complete relevant paperwork and service records accurately, supporting the workshop team in a collaborative, hands-on environment. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with no late shifts or nights. Previous HGV Technician experience, NVQ Level 2 or 3, and strong diagnostic skills required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as an HGV Technician or HGV Mechanic
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent or Time served
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- A team player with a good work ethic and a sense of pride in what you do
