Job Summary
HGV Driver for Gategroup Team in Manchester on nights with a 5-on-3-off pattern. Drive 15–18 tonne liveried vehicles in a secure environment, perform pre-issue vehicle checks, load/unload catering uplifts to aircraft, liaise with flight crew, and comply with Road Traffic Acts and airport by-laws. Shift times typically 9pm–11pm start and 6am–8am finish with overtime at 1.5x and a 10% night allowance (£18.70/hr effective). Required Qualifications
- Valid HGV CAT C Driving Licence (up to 3 points will be considered)
- Digital Tachograph knowledge and possession of a digital tachograph card
- Driver CPC qualification essential
- UK right to work
- Criminal Record Check (CRC) and 5 years of checkable referencing history
- Previous HGV experience desirable
