Job Summary
Execute nationwide bulk collections and deliveries using a modern, well-maintained fleet with fully funded CPC renewals. Manage trailer swaps, oversee live loading and unloading, and utilize GPS and digital tachographs to ensure 100% compliance. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, prioritize safe driving in all conditions, and maintain professional relations with dispatchers and customers across the country. Work permanent 40-hour shifts Monday to Friday between 13:30 and 22:30, earning £16.35 per hour plus night rate premiums.
Required Qualifications
- Valid UK Class 1 (Category CE) Licence
- CPC Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- At least 6 months experience handling Class 1 vehicles
- Excellent geographical knowledge of UK roads
