HGV Driver

Conduct safe, professional deliveries to customer premises and Regional Distribution Centres, handling palletised general haulage with most loads completed via backdoor tip. Support occasional driver tipping or multi-drop deliveries as required, and manage the unit and trailer including temperature checks where necessary. Report to the Transport team at shift start to communicate delays, issues, or load discrepancies, and complete all paperwork accurately with signed PODs returned to the office. Perform daily vehicle checks, report defects correctly, and adhere to tachograph rules and working time directives. Occasional night shifts may be required.
