Job Summary
Deliver goods and materials to customer locations safely and efficiently while ensuring all deliveries are completed on schedule. Comply with road traffic laws, carry out daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, and maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records. Assist with loading and unloading and provide excellent customer service at delivery points. This role supports Chandlers Building Supplies' Southeast expansion, offering a competitive salary, pension, paid holidays, and staff discounts on building materials.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or similar role
- Strong driving skills and a clean driving record
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- A positive and professional attitude
- Full HGV Driving Licence
