Job Summary
Deliver building materials safely and efficiently to trade and retail customers while providing excellent customer service and representing the business professionally. Operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle equipped with a HIAB attachment. Maintain strict road safety awareness and ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements. Work Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm, with every other Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm. Join Chandlers Building Supplies, a part of IBMG, to support busy delivery operations in Lewes.
Required Qualifications
- HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
- HIAB Licence
- CPC Qualification Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Strong awareness of road safety and compliance requirements
- Reliable, punctual and organised
- Excellent customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Previous builders' merchant or construction supply experience
