Job Summary
Conduct thorough inspections of tools, equipment, and plant before and after use while operating JHL specification vacuum tankers and associated equipment. Travel to residential sites via HGV in a two-person team to clean, clear, and maintain drainage systems using high-pressure water jetting. Run diagnostics and repairs on drains, record job reports correctly on specialist equipment, and liaise with the client regarding process updates. Dynamically risk assess site access and working conditions, safely access vehicle cabs and sites using correct procedures, and manipulate flexible pipework using proper manual handling techniques. Work unsupervised in all weather conditions while complying with health and safety responsibilities, including PPE and safe site setups. Conduct risk assessments, report defects, and perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by management.
Required Qualifications
- HGV Class 2 licence
- completed he certificate of professional competence (CPC)
- up to date digi tachograph card
- minimum of a HGV Class 2 licence
- ability to work safely
- ability to quickly diagnose
- ability to deliver practical and efficient solutions
- work unsupervised in all weather conditions

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the use of High Pressure Jetting equipment
- Other drainage qualifications (e.g. NRSWA and Confined Spaces)
