Job Summary
Conduct trunk runs to the hub during Sunday through Tuesday shifts, starting between 16:00 and 20:00. Maintain a safety-first mindset while operating with full Class 1 entitlement, a valid DCPC, and a digital tachograph card. Complete a short driving assessment upon hire. Earn £17.50 per hour for day shifts and £18.25 per hour for night shifts, with potential to pick up additional work throughout the week. Join the team in York.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C&E)
- Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card
- 6 months minimum experience
- No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only)
- Full understanding of WTD legislation
- Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position
- Excellent communication skills
- A safety-first mindset
