Job Summary
Conduct trunk runs to the hub during night shifts from Monday to Sunday. Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles with full UK driving licence entitlement, valid DCPC, and Digital Tachograph card. Maintain a safety-first mindset while adhering to WTD legislation and completing a short driving assessment. Requires 6 months of experience and excellent communication skills. Pay rates range from £17.50 to £18.25 per hour depending on the time slot.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C&E)
- Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card
- 6 months minimum experience
- No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only)
- Full understanding of WTD legislation
- Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position
- Excellent communication skills
- A safety-first mindset
