Job Summary
Conduct trunking work between client hubs, completing up to two runs per shift with occasional collections. Ensure all deliveries and collections finish safely and on time while carrying out required vehicle checks before and after each shift. Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and maintain compliance with driver hours and Working Time Directive regulations. Maintain a professional approach throughout the 04:30 am to 14:30 pm Monday to Friday schedule. This temporary role in Bristol offers a rate of £17.50 per hour for drivers with a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence and minimum three months experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Minimum 3 months experience
- Maximum 6 points for minor offences only
- Valid CPC and Digi Card
- Good understanding of driver hours and regulations
- Reliable, professional and flexible approach to work
