HGV Class 1 Driver

Job Summary
Collect and deliver hazardous and non-hazardous waste across the UK using HGV Class 1 vehicles and vacuum tankers. Operate road tankers, support loaders when stationary, and plan your own routes to manage time-critical schedules. Complete daily vehicle checks, report defects, and stay compliant with safety regulations and legal driving hours while providing excellent customer service. This full-time role requires at least 12 months' experience, a valid HGV (C) licence, CPC, and Digital Tachograph card, with an ADR licence desired. Based from Shaftesbury, the position offers a competitive salary plus benefits for experienced, safety-driven drivers ready to join the nationwide team.
Required Qualifications
- At least 12 months' experience driving HGV Class 1 vehicles
- A valid HGV (C) licence
- CPC card
- Digital Tachograph card
- Experience operating road tankers and vacuum tankers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Confidence working in all weather conditions
- Confidence working in a physically demanding role

- Must be available for national work (travelling across the UK)
- Must be available for permanent, full-time hours (48 hours + overtime)
