Job Summary
Diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of HGVs and specialist vehicles, including top brands like Mercedes, Iveco, and Ford. Ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards and prepare them for MOT testing. Collaborate with a skilled team in our Southampton workshop while adhering to a Monday-to-Friday schedule with no weekend shifts. This role offers a structured 5-stage training programme leading to Master Technician level and includes a £1500 joining bonus.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Experience working with HGVs or LCVs
- A Full UK / Irish / EU Class C or CE (formerly Class 1 or 2) Manual Driving Licence
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a passion for vehicle maintenance
- The ability to pass a security check involving financial probity and basic criminality
