Job Summary
HGP Intern – GE Vernova/PT GENTS HGP operations team. Assist in analyzing and improving operational workflows to enhance SQDCP aspects, initiate basic improvement projects, and collaborate with operators, supervisors, engineers and staff. Support data collection and reporting to provide insights for decision-making. Adhere to EHS procedures, raise concerns about unsafe conditions or quality risks, and participate in GE Lean Action Work Out (AWO). Learning outcomes include practical operations management and process improvements, Lean implementation, and understanding GE Vernova RVS Service Center strategies. Relocation assistance is not provided. Bandung, Indonesia. Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial/Mechanical/Materials Engineering or related majors; proficient in MS Office; strong communication and teamwork; English proficiency; experience with engineering design software is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or other related majors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment
- Having organizational experiences is a desired qualification
- Familiarity with various engineering design software is a plus
- Ability to communicate in English (speaking, listening, and writing)
