HeyTutor partners with a local school district in Baltimore to provide in-person tutoring to elementary students (grades K–5) during the school day. The role involves tutoring small groups using a provided curriculum, creating a welcoming, structured learning environment, supporting student behavior and participation, tracking attendance and progress, assisting with baseline and summative assessments, and escorting students around campus. Requires an AA degree or higher or current college enrollment, comfort with classroom settings, and ability to pass an FBI-DOJ in-person background check; schedule is Monday–Friday during school hours (7:30 AM–4:30 PM) with no evenings or weekends.
