Job Summary
Hands-on MES engineer with Siemens OpCenter expertise to implement, configure, and support OpCenter in Toyota's Manufacturing Operations Management program for high-volume battery manufacturing. Lead requirements gathering, UAT, and training for OpCenter quality modules, collaborating with quality, manufacturing, and IT teams to optimize quality processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or quality systems
- Strong understanding of manufacturing quality processes including defect tracking, non-conformance management, and SPC
- Experience documenting business processes and functional requirements for enterprise systems
- Familiarity with MES/MOM platforms (Siemens OpCenter preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement background
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar requirements management tools
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Collaborative approach to working with technical and business teams
- Understanding of quality compliance and regulatory requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive or battery manufacturing industry experience (bonus)
