Job Summary
OpsCenter Engineer responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Siemens OpCenter MES for Toyota's high-volume battery manufacturing operations; supports quality, manufacturing, and logistics with requirements gathering, testing, and ongoing optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting Siemens OpCenter MES (Discrete preferred)
- Experience with MES-to-ERP integrations
- Experience with MES-to-PLC integrations
- Proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, C#, Python)
- API integration experience
- Understanding of manufacturing workflows and quality processes
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Siemens OpCenter Foundation, Quality, or Logistics modules
- Familiarity with Mendix low-code application development
- Experience in automotive or battery manufacturing
- Experience working in hybrid agile/waterfall environments
