Job Summary
Territory Sales Lead responsible for executing store-level sales and promotion plans with high-volume food chain grocers and mass merchandisers in the assigned Florida territory; duties include consultative relationship management with Key Decision Makers, developing action plans to increase sales, leveraging customer insights, conducting data analysis to inform routes and promotions, maximizing display opportunities, merchandising, and completing daily/weekly administrative reports. Requires ability to build strategic relationships, analyze store data, plan and execute promotional activities, and manage merchandising execution across accounts. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential; candidates should have a GED/HS Diploma or 2-year degree (or 3 years in sales), a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 60 lbs, with occasional weekend work. The role emphasizes territory management, customer collaboration, and adherence to promotional plans to ensure distribution and incremental sales.
Required Qualifications
- GED or HS Diploma
- 2-year Associate/Community College degree required OR 3 years of previous sales experience
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Must have a valid US state issued driver’s license
- Must reside or be willing to commute within territory boundaries
- Must be able to drive to make multiple sales calls on a daily basis
- Must be able to lift 10-60 lbs. on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodations
- Occasional weekend work may be required during peak seasons
